Helax specialises in transaction advisory services, leveraging deep experience in real estate acquisitions, divestments, and financing. Our advisory philosophy is based on the valuable experiences we've acquired in our previous roles, where we encountered challenges similar to those of our clients.
The firm is 100% owned by its founding partners, each of whom brings extensive expertise. We are committed to delivering the most qualified transaction advice in the real estate sector.
The name Helax is inspired by Helagsfjället, a mountain in Härjedalen, Sweden. Just as mountaineering requires hard work, knowledge, cooperation, and courage, we believe these qualities are essential for business success.

Emil Westman is one of the three founders of Helax and has over ten years of experience in the commercial real estate market. Throughout the majority of his career, Emil has specialized in the execution of real estate transactions within the Nordic market.
Emil possesses expertise from the ownership perspective, having spent five years as a Partner at the investment bank Pareto Securities. During this time, he led projects in establishing both publicly listed and privately held real estate companies. At Pareto, Emil has been a financial advisor to the board of directors in several of the companies that Pareto has established. His experience also includes listings, share issues, capital raising, and project development.
Prior to Pareto, Emil served as a transaction advisor at CBRE and Savills, offering sales advisory services to both international and Swedish real estate investors. Additionally, his earlier experience encompasses commercial real estate valuation at CBRE.
Emil holds a Master's degree in real estate economics and a bachelor's degree in real estate and finance, both from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm (KTH).

Hampus Ållemark is one of the three founders of Helax and has over ten years of work experience in the real estate and finance industries.
Before founding Helax, Hampus was an Equity Partner at the investment bank Pareto Securities, where he was responsible for the company's direct real estate investments in Sweden and Finland. During his time at Pareto, Hampus carried out real estate acquisitions and divestments totalling approximately SEK 17 billion. His experience also includes several listings, share issues, and financings in the real estate sector.
Prior to Pareto, Hampus was an Associate Director and Project Manager at CBRE Capital Markets, where he worked with sell-side and buy-side advisory for Swedish and international real estate investors. His previous experience also includes roles at Aberdeen Asset Management and HSB.
Hampus holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Finance, both from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm (KTH).

Eric Halén works as an Analyst at Helax.
In recent years, he has combined his studies at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) with professional experience in the finance and real estate sectors. Prior to joining Helax, he spent several years working with analysis and client relations at Carnegie Fonder.
Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Real Estate Economics, both at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. In addition, he completed an exchange semester in Real Estate Economics at the National University of Singapore.
